At various times during the coronavirus outbreak we have heard how many countries are isolating everyone entering those countries.

Those isolations are mandatory, often with people being bussed directly from the point of arrival to specially set-up units, usually, it seems, for about 14 days.

Living, as we are, on an island, such precautions would seem to be painfully obvious for us.
